I consider collage a therapeutic artistic practice, one that continually confronts me with vulnerability and the unexpected encounters created through the interlocking of disparate fragments.

Driven by the ecological crisis — and by an expanded understanding of the community which includes all living beings — I realized this ongoing series of textile collages, celebrating metamorphosis as an expression of life itself and  interspeciesism as a scenario for possible futures.
